Job Description
Desenvolvedor Dynamics 365 CRM desenvolvendo e customizando soluções para cliente de seguros da Reply. Atuando com C#, .NET, Power Platform, integrações e APIs REST.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Create and maintain plugins, workflows, integrations, and automations
- Develop using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and REST APIs
- Work with Power Automate and Power Apps
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems
- Participate in requirements gathering and the definition of technical solutions
- Support testing, bug fixes, and the continuous enhancement of applications
- Prepare technical documentation and share knowledge with the team
- Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements through implementation, integrations, testing, and support
Requirements:
- Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE
- Advanced knowledge of C#, .NET, and JavaScript
- Experience developing plugins, workflows, and customizations
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and API-based integrations
- Knowledge of Dataverse, data modeling, and development best practices
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control tools
- Knowledge of or experience with Power BI for building dashboards and performance indicators
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are a plus
- Experience with Azure Functions, DevOps, and advanced integrations is a plus
- Experience in consulting firms or digital transformation projects is a plus
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and business teams
- Proactive, self-directed, and accountable
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and share knowledge
