Job Description

Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Manager leading CRM operations and transformation for Rethink Mental Illness. Governing Microsoft solutions supporting mental health services across England.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Manage the configuration, development and optimisation of CRM and Power Platform solutions.
  • Own and coordinate delivery of improvements, enhancements and projects across the platform estate.
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders across services, fundraising, marketing, data and technology teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate activities and enhance user experience.
  • Provide technical leadership and governance to ensure solutions are maintainable, secure and scalable.
  • Manage, coach and develop a team of CRM specialists.
  • Work with external suppliers and Microsoft partners to ensure effective delivery and value for money.
  • Support data quality, governance, reporting and compliance across CRM platforms.
  • Translate strategic objectives into a clear delivery roadmap with the Head of Business Systems.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience managing CRM platforms within complex organisations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Experience delivering CRM development, enhancement and transformation projects from concept through to implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex system, process and data issues.
  • Experience leading and developing technical teams.
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide range of audiences.
  • Experience working with data governance, security and compliance requirements.
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile or SCRUM methodologies.
  • Salesforce knowledge or experience.
  • Experience of Microsoft Fabric or other data warehouse technologies.
