Job Description
Lead and grow a premium global distributor network across EMEA for a fitness-related organization. Shape strategy, build partnerships, and drive major growth with international exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow distributor relationships across EMEA and Asia
- Lead regular business reviews, sales planning, and performance management
- Support distributors with pricing, product knowledge, brand standards, and sell-through activity
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and delivery performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunities
- Identify and onboard new distribution partners in priority expansion territories
- Build and maintain a strong global distributor pipeline
- Travel regularly to meet partners, support launches, and strengthen market presence
Requirements:
- Experience managing international distributors, partnerships, or B2B commercial accounts
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with a growth-focused approach
- Comfortable operating across multiple international markets
- Highly organised and able to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Experience in premium, design-led, or lifestyle brands is advantageous
