Job Description

Lead and grow a premium global distributor network across EMEA for a fitness-related organization. Shape strategy, build partnerships, and drive major growth with international exposure.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow distributor relationships across EMEA and Asia
  • Lead regular business reviews, sales planning, and performance management
  • Support distributors with pricing, product knowledge, brand standards, and sell-through activity
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and delivery performance
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunities
  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners in priority expansion territories
  • Build and maintain a strong global distributor pipeline
  • Travel regularly to meet partners, support launches, and strengthen market presence

Requirements:

  • Experience managing international distributors, partnerships, or B2B commercial accounts
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Commercially minded with a growth-focused approach
  • Comfortable operating across multiple international markets
  • Highly organised and able to manage complex stakeholder relationships
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Experience in premium, design-led, or lifestyle brands is advantageous
