Job Description
Manager of Enablement at Pax8 shaping sales capabilities and driving performance through learning initiatives. Leading a small team while embedding modern sales methodologies and refining enablement programs.
Responsibilities:
- Be a part of Designing and Delivering impactful enablement programs that strengthen sales capability and drive performance
- Lead onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives that accelerate both new hire success and experienced seller growth
- Translate performance insights into tailored coaching strategies for sales leaders
- Embed modern sales methodologies into everyday workflows to elevate consistency and execution
- Partner with learning experts to deliver engaging, bite-sized digital learning experiences
- Define and track quarterly goals while communicating measurable outcomes to stakeholders
- Continuously refine content, tools, and program delivery to keep pace with evolving business needs
- Contribute to broader revenue initiatives that drive scalable growth across the organization
- Lead and develop a small team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in enablement, training, or program development within a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of sales organisations, ideally within channel, cloud, or technology spaces
- Demonstrated ability to design impactful learning experiences rooted in adult learning principles
- Confidence influencing and coaching stakeholders at multiple levels
- Experience working with sales and learning technologies
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and delivery capability
- Passion for developing others and driving measurable outcomes
- Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve creatively, and maintain focus under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate action
