Job Description
Energy Efficiency Analyst Co-op supporting CLEAResult’s sustainable home-efficiency programs in British Columbia. Analyzing applications, metrics, reports, and process improvements during a four-month co-op.
Responsibilities:
- Support application administration, including intakes, transfers, cancellations, and assignment processes
- Prepare information requests for customers/assessors to address submission deficiencies
- Maintain customer satisfaction and develop customer relationships, including undertaking business development activities
- Analyze program metrics related to application administration, including project volume, associated energy savings, and trends
- Identify process optimization and improvements
- Prepare and maintain reports to manage and monitor project activity
- Apply the house-as-a-system approach to support households across the province in achieving improved comfort and home efficiency
- Ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs internally and externally while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines
Requirements:
- Active enrollment of post-secondary education either Environment, Science, Business or Engineering degree
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (emphasis on Excel)
- Ability to work well with all levels of management, colleagues and external contacts
- Must be located in British Columbia to be considered
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support
