Job Description

Energy Efficiency Analyst Co-op supporting CLEAResult’s sustainable home-efficiency programs in British Columbia. Analyzing applications, metrics, reports, and process improvements during a four-month co-op.

Responsibilities:

  • Support application administration, including intakes, transfers, cancellations, and assignment processes
  • Prepare information requests for customers/assessors to address submission deficiencies
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and develop customer relationships, including undertaking business development activities
  • Analyze program metrics related to application administration, including project volume, associated energy savings, and trends
  • Identify process optimization and improvements
  • Prepare and maintain reports to manage and monitor project activity
  • Apply the house-as-a-system approach to support households across the province in achieving improved comfort and home efficiency
  • Ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs internally and externally while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines

Requirements:

  • Active enrollment of post-secondary education either Environment, Science, Business or Engineering degree
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office (emphasis on Excel)
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management, colleagues and external contacts
  • Must be located in British Columbia to be considered
