Job Description
Remote Virtual Engagement Associate delivering approved healthcare program information through outbound calls for Inizio Engage. Building customer relationships, documenting calls, and supporting client KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Engage healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals through outbound calls to deliver approved program and service-related messages on behalf of the client
- Achieve or exceed program KPIs and performance objectives
- Build rapport and foster positive customer relationships through professional, high-quality interactions
- Document and submit daily call activity and required customer information in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a collaborative and professional team environment through communication and partnership with colleagues
- Participate in team, department, and client-sponsored training meetings and educational activities
- Uphold Inizio Engage’s values in all interactions and activities
Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- College or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Energetic, self-motivated, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and plan assigned target list coverage
- Professionalism, autonomy, and ability to work as a team player
- Excellent customer service and patient-centric focus
- Tech and digital savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluently bilingual in French and English, oral and written, if interacting with healthcare professionals in Quebec
