Job Description
Virtual engagement associate delivering approved healthcare program information through outbound calls for Inizio Engage. Building professional relationships with healthcare professionals and documenting interactions in CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Engage healthcare professionals and clinic, pharmacy, and hospital stakeholders through outbound calls to deliver approved program and service-related messages on behalf of the client
- Achieve or exceed program KPIs and performance objectives
- Build rapport and foster positive customer relationships through professional, high-quality interactions
- Document and submit daily call activity and required customer information in the CRM system
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a collaborative and professional team environment through communication and partnership with colleagues
- Participate in team meetings, department meetings, and training programs
- Participate in client-sponsored training sessions and educational activities as required
- Demonstrate and uphold Inizio Engage’s values in all interactions and activities
Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- College or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Energetic, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and plan assigned target-list coverage
- Professionalism, autonomy, and a team-player orientation
- Excellent customer service and patient-centric focus
- Tech- and digitally savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, for interactions with healthcare professionals in Quebec
