Job Description
Engagement Lead owning CIO-level client relationships and prioritizing enterprise data warehouse delivery. Shaping Snowflake remediation and Power BI dashboards for Bounteous, a global AI services firm.
Responsibilities:
- Own the client relationship at the delivery level and drive engagements toward business outcomes
- Translate client leadership needs into prioritized, well-defined scopes for delivery teams
- Define reporting use cases with client stakeholders and identify the decisions each report must support
- Prioritize 13+ dashboards and underlying data remediation by business value
- Produce clear, testable business requirements
- Ensure every dashboard has a named owner, defined purpose, descriptive title, and consistent layout
- Own end-to-end quality and identify broken reports immediately
- Engage directly with the CIO and business stakeholders
- Partner daily with Snowflake remediation and Power BI delivery teams on scope and standards
- Promote and enforce information security practices
- Identify, assess, and report information security risks
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection standards
- Integrate data protection measures throughout the information lifecycle
Requirements:
- Experience leading enterprise data warehouse engagements end to end, ideally on Snowflake with Power BI as the reporting layer
- Strong requirements and use-case analysis skills
- Experience working with senior clients at CIO/CFO/COO level
- Ability to make and defend prioritization decisions under pressure
- Strong data quality instincts, including identifying UTM, integration, and pipeline issues
- Knowledge of information security practices, including acceptable use, malware protection, and password security
- Ability to identify, assess, and report security risks affecting confidentiality, integrity, and availability
- Understanding of data storage, processing, and transmission and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and related data protection standards
- Ability to integrate data protection measures throughout the information lifecycle
