Job Description
Enterprise Account Executive selling BRINC autonomous drone and DFR solutions to critical-infrastructure organizations. Managing complex enterprise sales cycles, strategic accounts, partnerships, and quota attainment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across critical infrastructure and industrial markets
- Identify organizations where BRINC’s autonomous drone technology can address security and operational challenges
- Build strategic partnerships with technology, telecommunications, security, and systems-integration providers
- Coordinate product demonstrations, proofs of concept, pilots, site assessments, and security evaluations
- Translate customer challenges into compelling solutions and business cases
- Navigate procurement, legal, security, IT, privacy, regulatory, and other enterprise approval processes
- Develop and close enterprise-level opportunities within the assigned territory
- Deliver market intelligence shaping product roadmap and enterprise strategy
- Establish repeatable sales processes and playbooks for emerging critical-infrastructure business
- Manage a high-value pipeline from discovery to close while meeting or exceeding quotas
- Monitor public safety trends, DFR security needs, and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
- Preferably experience selling DFR solutions, complex technology, security, infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical solutions
- Strong relationships with senior security leadership within enterprise target markets
- Experience selling into large enterprises and/or highly regulated industries
- Experience with physical security technology, video surveillance/VMS, drones or robotics, or emergency response technology
- Strong consultative and discovery-based selling skills
- Ability to navigate complex procurement processes
- Ability to operate effectively in an early-stage, rapidly evolving environment
- Enterprise-level, quota-carrying field sales experience with a consistent record of 85%+ quota attainment
- Ability to travel domestically 50%+ of the time
- Comfortable managing long, consultative sales cycles while maintaining pipeline discipline
