Job Description
Enterprise Account Executive selling CharterUP’s AI-powered group transportation platform to large organizations. Owning complex sales cycles, RFPs, MSAs, and enterprise revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Source and build relationships with key decision-makers in target verticals
- Position CharterUP as a trusted provider of enterprise group transportation services
- Design and implement strategic outbound sales motions for enterprise-level clients
- Navigate procurement processes and secure approved vendor status
- Align with the VP of Enterprise Sales on growth initiatives and new business opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing
- Submit RFPs and secure long-term contracts with key clients
- Pursue and secure MSAs with large entities having significant annual spend
- Collaborate with account management and operations teams for smooth post-sale handoffs
- Grow portfolio revenue through cross-selling and increased wallet share
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across organizational levels
- Master and demonstrate CharterUP's transportation platform
- Monitor target-industry trends and market shifts to inform product offerings
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably within transportation, construction, engineering, procurement, or related industries
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close deals valued at $1M+ in annual revenue
- Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets and achieving recognition as a top performer
- Experience navigating enterprise sales processes, including RFPs and multi-year agreements
- Experience negotiating MSAs with Fortune 500 organizations
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior managers and executives
- Ability to think strategically about prospecting, sales motions, and account management
- Highly motivated self-starter able to work independently, manage time effectively, and own sales targets
