Job Description
Enterprise Account Manager overseeing all core post-sale commercial functions at Builder Prime. Building playbooks and relationships to serve strategic customers successfully.
Responsibilities:
- Own customer retention (GRR) and renewals, and expansion (NRR) opportunities across Builder Prime's strategic and enterprise customers
- Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers
- Drive adoption, business outcomes, and long-term customer value
- Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer goals and growth opportunities
- Proactively identify and mitigate customer risk
- Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for enterprise needs internally
- Generate customer advocacy through references, reviews, case studies, and advisory participation
- Manage a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and strategic planning sessions
- Monitor account health, adoption, engagement, and organizational changes
- Develop retention and Experience plans for at-risk customers
- Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities
- Lead complex renewal negotiations and contract discussions
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to support customer experience
- Provide customer insights and market feedback to Product and Leadership teams
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Account Management, Customer Experience, or SaaS relationship management experience
- Proven success managing enterprise or strategic customer portfolios
- Demonstrated quota attainment across complex renewal and expansion portfolios
- Experience owning complex renewals and expansion opportunities
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and multi-thread customer relationships
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations teams
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience building or formalizing enterprise account management processes in a scaling SaaS environment
