Job Description
Enterprise Operations Intern supporting workflow documentation and data analysis tasks for Grow Financial Federal Credit Union. Must be a student in Business, Economics, or Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Under general supervision, learns to perform duties in Enterprise Operations.
- This position has the responsibility for supporting enterprise operations activities related to workflow documentation, data gathering and analysis, and assistance on Enterprise Operations projects.
- Must be comfortable working with large amounts of data in multiple systems and can synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Frequent collaboration with other areas of the credit union is expected.
Requirements:
- Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or Finance from an accredited college or university.
- Successful completion of an analytics course required.
- Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Visio, PowerBI, Tableau or other visualization tools highly preferred.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to learn complex skills or software with minimal supervision.
