Job Description

Enterprise Sales Development Representative building pipeline for PeakMetrics’ narrative intelligence platform. Prospecting and qualifying communications, PR, and crisis-management decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate opportunities with enterprise-level decision-makers
  • Start conversations with leaders in crisis communications and PR
  • Learn prospects’ challenges and qualify where PeakMetrics can help
  • Run outbound sequences through email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Use AI and sales tools to research accounts and personalize outreach
  • Align with the Account Executive on target accounts
  • Hand off well-qualified opportunities with clear context
  • Share prospect feedback with the Account Executive
  • Help drive attendance and represent PeakMetrics at industry events and conferences
  • Partner with marketing, growth, and product to align messaging and optimize campaigns
  • Track activity and progress in the CRM
  • Report on leads, conversions, and pipeline health
  • Suggest new plays, messaging, and channels
  • Share market insight to help shape go-to-market strategy and product

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of SDR or BDR experience
  • Ideally selling AI, analytics, or other B2B software
  • Record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Ability to adapt and pivot quickly in ambiguous situations
  • Solutions-oriented and self-directed
  • Understanding of consultative selling, discovery, and qualification
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with CRM and sales tools
  • Experience selling to communications, PR, or crisis management leaders is nice to have
  • Familiarity with narrative intelligence, threat intelligence, media monitoring, or reputation risk is nice to have
  • Passion for AI and the information landscape is nice to have
