Job Description
Applications Analyst II responsible for aligning technology solutions with business strategies. Proactively identifying opportunities to apply technologies to improve business processes within strategic system goals.
Responsibilities:
- Align technology solutions with business strategies
- Proactively identify opportunities to apply technologies to business processes
- Inform and advise customers on information system technologies
- Function as technical liaison and broker of services with vendors
- Develop and maintain credibility with customer management and IT personnel
- Understand business problems and IT strategies
Requirements:
- Associate's degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Epic Cadence Certification Required
- at least 2+ years relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience with IT
- Knowledge of assigned business area's products and processes
- Strong technical knowledge
- Understanding of project management concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to solve problems across multiple environments
- Understanding of how IT affects organizations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
