Job Description

Executive Territory Account Manager in South France driving sales for genomic technologies. Collaborating with biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Illumina’s products and services within your assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to align with company objectives.
  • Partner with research organizations to understand challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and exceptional customer service to ensure loyalty and long-term partnerships.
  • Gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor products, and pricing to identify opportunities.
  • Contribute to regional strategy and execution to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build strong internal and external networks to enhance business outcomes.
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in life sciences or related fields, supported by a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or PhD preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage strategic accounts and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt your style to diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to mentor junior colleagues when needed.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential; additional European language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to travel regularly within South France (Toulouse/Bordeaux region) to meet customers.
