Job Description
External Sales Representative for Fratterna focusing on managing high complexity client portfolios. Responsible for training teams and achieving sustainable growth in sales across multi-channel environments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value, high-potential customers across wholesale and self-service channels;
- Develop low-complexity Joint Business Plans (JBP) to boost the sales plan in line with market potential;
- Achieve individual targets (KPIs) established for the department;
- Train, guide and support Sales Representatives I and II, including covering vacations and new projects;
- Technically coordinate reporting on execution and merchandising strategy at point-of-sale (POS) locations for the retail chains served, aligned with the merchandising coordination strategy;
- Implement strategic promotional campaigns across the entire product portfolio;
- Build and maintain customer relationships;
- Collect and analyze market, competitor and opportunity information to propose improvements to the commercial strategy.
Requirements:
- Completed secondary education (high school);
- Comfortable using technological tools such as smartphones;
- Knowledge of sales ERP systems;
- Previous experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the food industry;
- Advanced leadership, negotiation and team-training skills;
- Own vehicle and availability to travel within the designated region;
- Strategic, proactive and results-oriented profile;
- Good communication, results focus and proactivity.
- The following are a plus:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields;
- Experience in the beverage sector.
