Job Description
Field and Event Marketing Lead owning Haus events and sponsored programs. Driving pipeline for an AI-powered marketing measurement platform through strategic event execution.
Responsibilities:
- Define Haus's event marketing strategy with marketing leadership, including event selection, formats, and target accounts
- Own the full slate of Haus-owned, executive dinner, partner, sponsored, conference, summit, and roadshow events
- Execute events end to end, including messaging, materials, site selection, vendor and contract negotiation, registration, agendas, staffing, signage, on-site production, and logistics
- Own the event marketing budget and tradeoff decisions
- Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, and BDR on target account selection, pre-event outreach, on-site coverage, and post-event follow-up
- Measure post-event pipeline impact and decide what to repeat or discontinue
- Test new event formats and engagement models for technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with product marketing, content marketing, customer marketing, marketing leadership, Sales, Demand Generation, and BDR teams
Requirements:
- 5–7 years in field/event marketing, ideally in B2B, including owning programs end to end
- Track record of getting Sales to show up and follow through, earning reps' trust, and driving pre- and post-event account engagement
- Track record of tying events to pipeline and revenue, not just attendance
- Experience running multiple formats simultaneously: owned events, sponsorships, conferences, and roadshows
- Real budget accountability
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Calm under last-minute change; able to re-plan rather than freeze
- Comfortable operating without a finished playbook and bringing structure to ambiguity
- Experience in marketing or ad tech, or willingness to become fluent quickly
- Experience marketing to senior marketing, analytics, or finance buyers
- Experience at a company making the mid-market-to-enterprise transition
- Experience building a field/event marketing program from scratch
- Small-format and executive dinner experience, not only large conferences
- Curiosity about new AI tools and fluency in putting them to work
Benefits:
- Flexible PTO - take time when you need it!
- Equity – Startup environment with part-ownership in our successes
- Top of the line health, dental, and vision insurance - multiple plan options so you can pick what fits you best
