Job Description
Field Examiner II verifying collateral, client records, and financial reporting for Pathward, a financial empowerment company. Conducting field exams, analyzing financial statements, and recommending workout exit strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company at client and prospective client locations to physically review client records and assets, verify collateral position, and confirm financial information and reporting accuracy
- Review and analyze client collateral performance
- Verify client recordkeeping accuracy
- Verify and analyze client reporting to the Bank and reconcile it to Bank records when requested
- Verify facilities are managed according to approved client narratives
- Perform survey exams at prospective borrower locations
- Perform exams and workout transactions and recommend exit strategies to senior management
- Spread and analyze client financial statements to assess financial performance and cash flow
- Communicate regularly with the Credit Department before, during, and after field exams
- Prepare clear, concise written reports summarizing results and recommendations
- Schedule audits with clients
- Track time spent at client locations to ensure proper client billing
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent
