Job Description
Field Finance Representative growing DLL’s agricultural input financing relationships. Supporting dealers through customer service, training, program delivery, and regional travel.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate customer issues and problems to create mutually beneficial solutions
- Develop dealer network and maintain strong business relationships through effective communication and follow up
- Perform call cycle and build relationship infrastructure to drive increased and repeat business
- Travel to ensure a proper level of service is provided out of office while ensuring continuity when answering phones
- Deliver program information to the channel for proper administration
- Provide front line service and support for dealers
- Support marketing campaigns at all stages through education
- Grow and develop third-party relationships using the Input Finance product
- Provide training and support throughout the Crop Input distribution chain
- Serve as the primary point of contact for channel participants
- Execute delivery, maintain and develop solutions and services that enhance product utilization
Requirements:
- Associates Degree with 2+ years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 0-2 years of experience
- Computer proficiency with MS Word and Excel required
- Good human relations and communication skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment and work as a team member
- Ability to work well under time constraints
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong desire to succeed
- Extensive knowledge of real estate, diversified production agricultural and livestock enterprises
- Ability to travel regionally, up to 50% of the time
- Must successfully complete a background check
