Job Description
Außendienstmitarbeiter für fayn, eine Fitness-Food-Marke, im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel rund um Hamburg. Betreuung von Kunden, Gewinnung neuer Partner und Durchführung von Verkaufsaktionen.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing customers in the grocery retail sector and actively develop customer relationships
- Acquire new partners through direct conversations and telephone prospecting
- Increase product visibility through prominent placements and displays
- Present products on site and provide professional, solution-oriented advice
- Organize tastings and promotional sales activities
- Monitor trends and competitors and conduct market analysis
- Regularly report on results and market insights
- Represent fayn at trade fairs and sales events
Requirements:
- Experience in field sales, ideally in the food sector or grocery retail
- Passion for high-quality products and the ability to make a convincing presentation
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and confidence in negotiations
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Class B driver's license
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Initial professional experience and motivation to take the next step in your career
