Job Description
Field Service Technician providing installation and maintenance support for medical equipment across various locations in the United States. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and providing technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Performs client-site installation, service and maintenance
- Provides technical support in diagnosis of operational and/or technical issues
- Maintains field service inventory
- Ensures data accuracy and integrity within applicable systems
- Engages in ongoing operations improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database and email applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
