Job Description

Field Support Representative at IDEXX providing on-site customer support and training for veterinary clinics in Denmark. Responsible for implementing strategies to maintain and grow customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Field Sales Professionals and Customer Support to develop strategies to maintain and grow Customer Accounts.
  • Install, onboard, and train staff in clinics to use IDEXX products and services.
  • Provide onsite technical support when needed.
  • Visit customers in the field daily and attend customer events/tradeshows.
  • Serve as a true IDEXX Ambassador and trusted advisor to customers.
  • Document customer visits and interactions; communicate customer needs for additional products and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience with a training and/or practice management background strongly preferred.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with customers, management, and peers.
  • Ability to build strong customer and peer partnerships.
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective listening skills to discover customer needs and adapt approach accordingly.
  • Comfortable learning and using technology such as computers, tablets, and Smartphones.
  • Computer networking experience is preferred.
  • Fluency in Danish and English.
