Job Description

Finance & Accounting Analyst supporting Kobie’s loyalty-solutions business through close, invoicing, revenue validation, and reporting. Connecting Accounting, Finance, and operations to improve business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own recurring month-end close responsibilities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and client accrual file updates and record-keeping
  • Manage the full invoicing cycle, including usage loads, invoice and credit memo creation, approval documentation, and client delivery
  • Maintain accuracy between GL and BS accounts and ensure NetSuite invoices are approved and posted to the correct period
  • Support committed revenue summaries and revenue allocation across all lines of business
  • Review Kobie and client P&L statements against forecasts and resolve variances with operating stakeholders
  • Update and validate client-level revenue in Planful
  • Support monthly reporting, including SG&A and COGS reviews, margin analysis, and billable/productivity dashboards
  • Validate member counts, billed and worked hours, new business, and fulfillment data for financial reporting
  • Contribute to Monthly Business Review materials, including financial results, KPIs, and variance analysis
  • Support annual budgeting and re-forecasting
  • Connect Accounting, Finance, Client Services, and Management across close, reporting, and forecasting
  • Identify and help implement process improvements through automation, standardization, and efficiency
  • Develop broader accounting and FP&A exposure over time

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of accounting or blended finance/accounting experience
  • Exposure to month-end close and invoicing
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Excel, including lookups, pivots, and large data validation
  • Working knowledge of general ledger accounting, including debits and credits, accruals, prepaid expenses, and account reconciliations
  • Experience with variance analysis and reporting
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP required
  • Accuracy and attention to detail under close deadlines
  • Cross-functional communication skills
  • Ownership of deliverables
  • Curiosity about business drivers
  • Experience leveraging generative AI tools preferred
  • Experience with Planful preferred
