Job Description
Finance & Strategy Manager on Hopper’s Finance team shaping strategic financial decisions using AI capabilities. Collaborating with business leaders to develop long-range models and finance engine systems.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic thought partner to business leaders, building and owning the financial models
- Architect long-range forecasting models and engines that go beyond static spreadsheets
- Build and maintain the code-based systems that power our finance engine
- Partner with teams across the business on forecasting, unit economics, and performance tracking
Requirements:
- A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Math, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline
- 5-7+ years of experience in a top tier tech company
- Investment banking skillset preferred
- Proven track record of using Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot to amplify output
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with strong 3-statement modeling experience
