Job Description
Finance Operations Analyst supporting financial operations for a platform democratizing reading access. Focus on payment processes and financial transaction control.
Responsibilities:
- Process and validate high-volume payments and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and organization in the workflow
- Validate reimbursement invoices and receipts for domestic and international cards
- Assist with operational bank reconciliations
- Record and track financial transactions in the ERP (Oracle)
- Contribute to the organization and improvement of the team's financial processes
Requirements:
- Ongoing or completed degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on operational and repetitive tasks with quality
- Intermediate Excel
- Organized, responsible, and proactive
- Previous experience in financial routines, even as an intern (desirable)
- Familiarity with ERP (Oracle) or other financial systems (desirable)
- Interest in growing in financial operations (desirable)
- Intermediate English and Spanish (desirable for future team activities, but not mandatory for performing the initial responsibilities of the role)
