Job Description

Financial Advisor Operations Specialist supporting advisors with retirement-plan guidance and responsive issue resolution at Human Interest. Improving advisor support processes while coordinating cross-functional solutions for small-business retirement benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to financial advisors on plan design, compensation structures, and regulatory documentation requirements
  • Manage and resolve high volumes of advisor inquiries through email and phone
  • Coordinate with Account Management, Client Services, and Partnerships to resolve complex problems
  • Identify advisor challenges and implement scalable process improvements
  • Maintain case management, timely follow-up, resolution tracking, and service-level agreement performance
  • Provide white-glove support to financial advisor contacts regarding Human Interest services
  • Document processes and identify opportunities to enhance advisor support
  • Contribute to individual objectives and overall team success

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer support, account management, or call center operations; equivalent college experience accepted
  • Experience in Partnerships, Sales, or business development valued
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence and ability to create outstanding client experiences
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills for phone and email relationship management
  • Resilience and composure under pressure
  • Outstanding attention to detail in written communication and data entry
  • Ability to explain complex retirement concepts clearly and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Adaptability in a dynamic startup environment and ability to manage shifting priorities

Benefits:

  • Base salary of $70,000-$75,000
