Job Description
Financial Controller overseeing foreign subsidiary finance operations for RTB House, a Deep Learning-powered performance advertising platform. Managing reporting, cash flow, consolidation and group-wide financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the financial operations of selected foreign subsidiaries
- Maintain daily contact with local finance staff and external accounting offices
- Provide financial support and guidance to business managers
- Oversee subsidiary financial processes, including financial data, operating reporting and processing systems
- Manage accounts receivable and evaluate credit risk
- Control and forecast cash flow and oversee payment management
- Prepare financial data for consolidation in financial reporting and management
- Assist in developing and implementing procedures and systems supporting financial and accounting processes within the Capital Group
- Prepare financial analyses, reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with the central finance team, business departments, profit center managers and the Board of Directors
- Lead, mentor and direct a small team
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling or auditing
- Proficiency in accounting and corporate finance
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets
- Excellent knowledge of financial reporting principles
- Proficient in English
- Familiarity with IFRS
- Working knowledge of tax law preferred
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Initiative, meticulousness, attention to detail and logical thinking desired
