Job Description
Associate Partner for FP&A at Augment Risk focusing on financial analysis and strategic insights. Collaborating across teams to enhance decision-making and automate processes.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale financial analytical intelligence capabilities.
- Translate raw financial and operational data into actionable insights.
- Design self-service analytics infrastructure.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into business performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
- Develop predictive models and scenario analyses.
- Transform complex datasets into clear, compelling visualizations.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial data analytics, or business intelligence.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through compelling insights.
- Demonstrated hands-on technical expertise with a 'builder' mentality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Actively leverages AI tools as a core part of their toolkit.
