Job Description
Senior Flutter Developer at MED Review responsible for application development using Flutter and Dart. Ensuring technical quality, stability, and performance in a collaborative and agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and evolve applications using the Flutter framework and the Dart language
- Create new features while ensuring technical quality, stability, performance, and usability
- Maintain and evolve applications published in production
- Ensure application of development best practices and technical standards
- Evaluate current application architecture and propose structural improvements
- Identify opportunities for scalability, optimization, and technological advancement
- Support technical decisions related to architecture, integrations, and product growth
- Contribute to the technical sustainability of solutions and to the continuous improvement of development processes
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, promoting performance improvements
- Ensure the stability and quality of the user experience
- Address complex issues and perform high‑criticality technical analyses
- Support investigations and troubleshooting of production incidents
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a cooperative, agile environment
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Share knowledge and support the technical development of the team
- Ensure alignment between developed solutions, product objectives, and business needs.
Requirements:
- Experience developing with Flutter
- Solid hands-on experience with the Flutter framework and Dart
- Experience with applications published and maintained in production
- Knowledge of software architecture and structural improvements for applications
- Experience with performance optimization and scalability of mobile systems
- Experience working in cross-functional squads and agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
