Job Description
Foundational Forward Deployed Engineer at SHI delivering AI and data solutions inside customer environments. Building and operating real solutions from day one with a hands-on delivery role.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver production workflows, ontologies, pipelines, and AIP-powered applications inside customer Foundry environments.
- Integrate customer data sources (ERP, CRM, legacy systems, APIs) into Foundry and build operational workflows on top of them.
- Partner with the Account Strategist to translate business priorities into concrete deployment plans.
- Execute rapid-value deployments in the first 90 days of every engagement.
- Contribute to reusable templates and delivery patterns that scale across customers and verticals.
- Work directly with customer operational leaders and subject matter experts to refine and operate solutions.
- Support account expansion by surfacing new use cases during delivery.
- Work across priority verticals including manufacturing, logistics and supply chain, financial services, and healthcare.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of direct, hands-on experience building and shipping production solutions in Palantir Foundry or AIP.
- Experience working inside customer environments with customer data and customer stakeholders.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience integrating enterprise data sources via APIs and connectors.
- Ability to design and operate scalable data pipelines and production workflows.
- Comfort with AI and ML concepts including LLM-powered workflows, ontology design, and agentic application patterns.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and operational customer stakeholders.
- Experience operating in fast-moving environments with minimal oversight.
- Based in Texas or willing to relocate.
