Job Description
Forward Deployed Engineer helping Nango, an AI integration platform, build customer integrations. Coding full-stack improvements while leading technical evaluations, pairing sessions, and production support.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers from technical evaluations through production and beyond
- Lead customer calls, pairing sessions, and technical deep dives
- Build integrations and resolve complex implementation and platform issues
- Ship full-stack product improvements from design through deployment
- Keep customers informed with clear updates, expectations, and next steps
- Shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
- Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Customer-facing skills
- Ability to debug APIs, integrations, and production systems
- Experience translating customer needs into product solutions
- Ability to manage multiple customer priorities and follow through reliably
- Experience with developer tools or customer-facing engineering is a plus
- Typescript and Node knowledge
- Previous experience at a developer-tool company or working on internal tooling for developers
