Job Description
Founding Sales Development Representative managing outbound sales efforts for Tremendous in Europe. Responsible for initiating connections and defining sales strategies for new markets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and book meetings with high-potential prospects
- Make 100 cold calls per day and utilize email and LinkedIn for outreach
- Collaborate with Account Executives and other teams to develop strategies
- Utilize prospecting tools to research accounts and craft messaging
- Understand customer goals and effectively communicate value proposition.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and German
- Strong commitment to exceeding personal and professional goals
- Curious, lifelong learner mindset
- Customer-obsessed sales approach
- Proficient in English and at least one other language (preferably German, Spanish or French)
- Independent and collaborative
- Ambitious attitude.
