Job Description
FP&A Analyst supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for Influur’s AI-powered influencer marketing platform. Building models and reporting that inform board and investor decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Support budget tracking, financial modeling, and forecasting across Influur's business lines
- Build financial models with clean structure and documented assumptions
- Read and interpret financial data to support leadership decisions
- Apply financial modeling fundamentals to budgeting, contingency planning, rebudget cycles, and investor-grade reporting
- Work directly with the FP&A Lead
- Ramp up on Influur's financial structure, reporting cadence, and modeling standards
- Own the monthly budget-vs-actuals tracking process
- Contribute to at least one full rebudget cycle
- Apply AI tools to reporting and modeling workflows
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, financial consulting, or a closely related analytical role
- Real, demonstrable financial modeling fundamentals — ability to build a model from scratch with clean structure and documented assumptions
- Advanced (Intermediate) Excel / Google Sheets — formulas, structuring data, comfortable without a template
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and how the three financial statements connect
- Strong attention to detail
- English proficiency, B2 or above (written, spoken, and reading)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Exposure to multi-business-unit or multi-entity P&L environments
- Curiosity about AI tools applied to finance
- Experience supporting investor reporting or board-level materials
- Startup or high-growth company experience
