Job Description
FP&A Analyst in charge of investor reporting and financial analysis for HealthEdge. Collaborating with teams to model economics and improve financial processes while working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day owner of the analytical and reporting engine behind HealthEdge's investor communications
- Maintain and enhance the investor data model
- Prepare investor-facing reporting packages and supporting analysis
- Produce analysis and materials for Board and executive-level decision-making
- Build long-term economic models and develop scenario analysis for future projections
- Help lead the adoption of AI and automation across the Finance organization
- Support high-priority, cross-functional special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, or a Master's in Finance (MSF)
- 0 – 3 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, investment banking, consulting or a comparable analytical role
- Strong financial modeling skills and fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
