Job Description

Finance Systems and AI Enablement Manager at Rula, optimizing planning infrastructure and leading AI adoption in Finance organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize our financial planning system, Pigment
  • Lead the adoption of AI across the Finance organization
  • Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, RevOps, and Business Systems to build clean integrations
  • Streamline budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes by creating scalable, well-documented frameworks
  • Design and enhance models, workflows, and reporting while ensuring data integrity and system reliability across planning cycles

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Operations, Finance Systems, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience administering or building in Pigment
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
  • Experience improving finance workflows through automation, systems, or process redesign
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
