  • Succession plans for critical roles
  • Individual development plans and career path maps
  • Manager development curriculum
  • Automate performance review process

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in talent management and succession planning
  • Designed and run performance cycles at companies with 50-500 employees
  • Real opinions about the 9-Box (why it works, where it fails, and what makes calibration sessions actually productive)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
