Job Description
Freelance Business Development Consultant acquiring Indian IT staffing clients for Corvi Technologies. Leveraging industry networks, pitching recruitment services, negotiating contracts, and partnering with delivery teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients with ongoing permanent technology hiring requirements
- Leverage an existing network to build and nurture relationships with Hiring Managers, TA Leaders, and Business Unit Heads
- Schedule and lead client meetings to present specialized recruitment capabilities
- Drive commercial discussions, negotiate terms, and secure vendor empanelments and staffing contracts
- Hand off technical requirements to internal recruitment teams and ensure smooth delivery
- Drive client acquisition for domestic IT staffing services
Requirements:
- 8+ years of proven Business Development experience specifically within IT Staffing, Recruitment Consulting, or Executive Search
- Extensive, active network of decision-makers within IT Services, GCCs, Captives, and Enterprise organizations in India
- Deep understanding of the domestic IT recruitment landscape
- Knowledge of emerging technology trends
- Exceptional negotiation abilities
