Job Description
Freelance Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring for TransPerfect, a global translation, communication, and digital marketing services provider. Sourcing candidates and partnering with multinational clients.
Responsibilities:
- Interview, test, and refer applicants for client positions of varying seniority
- Work with clients to understand current hiring needs and meet expectations
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating offers
- Plan and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with hiring managers
- Manage the interview process to ensure a positive candidate and hiring-manager experience
- Develop relationships with universities to coordinate on-site interviews
- Cold call and actively recruit experienced candidates
Requirements:
- Superior attention to detail and organization
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with people from varied backgrounds and cultures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience proactively sourcing candidates
- Minimum 1–2 years’ recruiting experience
- Staffing agency recruitment experience (desired)
- Gaming industry recruitment experience (desired)
