Job Description
Conseiller en gestion de patrimoine indépendant pour Whole Pear, accompagnant les prospects vers la liberté financière. Conseil et vente sur rendez-vous fournis, en collaboration avec des experts CIF et IAS.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a portion of the 200 to 250 qualified leads generated each week
- Conduct company-provided appointments to advise and guide prospects
- Master and implement financial engineering solutions and customer journeys
- Work closely with CIF and IAS experts to ensure a high standard of quality
Requirements:
- Independent commercial agent status
- Be coachable, eager to learn, and committed to continuous self-improvement
- Honesty and accountability
- Keep your promises, take responsibility for mistakes, and seek solutions
- Be positive and warm, with the ability to build an immediate relationship of trust by phone or video call
- Strong results orientation and a passion for challenges
