Job Description
Webflow Developer & Front-End Designer at fast-growing health tech startup. Crafting intuitive websites and digital interfaces while ensuring compliance with health tech standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of responsive, high-impact websites and landing pages across three business verticals using Webflow.
- Apply strong UI/UX design principles to create seamless, accessible, and engaging user experiences tailored to diverse audiences.
- Build custom interactions, animations, and CMS-driven content that reflect brand identity and user needs.
- Optimize website performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, design, and CX) to translate vision into digital reality.
- Provide hands-on support for the application layer connecting websites with internal systems and external services.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot API integrations to ensure smooth data exchange and system interoperability.
- Monitor API security, data integrity, and performance, particularly with sensitive health data.
- Partner with IT Support Specialist to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
- Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to boost organic visibility and drive growth.
- Collaborate on AI-powered personalization and engagement tools, including chatbots and recommendation engines.
- Analyze user data and AI model performance to continuously optimize digital experiences and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating live projects and front-end design excellence.
- Deep expertise in web and front-end design, including UI/UX, responsive layouts, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with the ability to implement custom code within Webflow.
- Hands-on experience with API integration and app layer troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI tools for experience optimization and personalization.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance requirements, especially as they relate to health tech and data security.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup culture with multiple priorities and verticals.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and proactive communication skills.
