Job Description
Senior Frontend Engineer building fast and reliable user-centric web experiences for Talent.com. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers to uphold quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Build fast, reliable, and user-centric web experiences at scale
- Own complex frontend systems end-to-end
- Influence architectural decisions
- Mentor other engineers
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams
- Integrate SEO best practices into development lifecycle
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development
- Experience in growth led product organizations
- Hands-on experience in TypeScript, Python, or Go
- Deep understanding of how search engines crawl and render web applications
- Familiarity with React / Next.js, Node.js, or similar frameworks
- Experience optimizing large-scale, high-traffic sites
- Proven ability to improve Core Web Vitals and page load performance
- Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and HTTP fundamentals
- Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments
- Excellent communication skills
