Job Description
Full-stack developer building AI-powered property-management software for Hausverwalter.ai. Owning product features, customer integrations, and production agents with German-speaking customers.
Responsibilities:
- Build with Claude and own a product area
- Develop software used by property managers
- Talk to property managers about where they lose time
- Decide what to improve and own new features from refinement through launch
- Handle platform data integrations, including email, phone calls, and WhatsApp
- Move customers from legacy systems by importing emails, documents, buildings, apartments, contracts, and contacts
- Sync with systems customers continue to use alongside the platform
- Improve the agent platform with 200+ tools and a built-in knowledge base
- Support customer-built and prebuilt text and voice agents
- Investigate and fix agent errors for customers
- Work with TypeScript, Convex, Next.js, React, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English
- More than one year of experience shipping production code
- Experience working independently and taking full responsibility for a product area after launch
- Comfortable writing almost all code with AI
- Comfortable talking to customers and turning feedback into product decisions
- Quick to learn new things with a generalist mindset
- Experience with TypeScript, Convex, Next.js, React, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui is not required; the company considers the tech stack less important
- Nice to have: solid backend and systems design experience
- Nice to have: experience designing databases from the ground up, including tables, relationships, and indexes
- Nice to have: experience optimizing query performance and cost
- Nice to have: experience building production agents
- Nice to have: comfortable working with queues and long-running workflows
