Job Description
Full-Stack Engineer building end-to-end Go services, React interfaces, and AWS architecture. Owning APIs, databases, deployment, production support, and technical mentoring.
Responsibilities:
- Develop features end to end, including schemas and migrations, Go services and APIs, and React interfaces
- Build API contracts consumed by internal applications and customer systems
- Define front-end component and state boundaries, data-fetching patterns, and application performance practices
- Build internal tooling for engineering, data, and operations teams
- Make application architecture decisions involving service boundaries, synchronous versus queued processing, caching, and multi-tenant design
- Select appropriate AWS services and understand operational and failure scenarios
- Own testing, deployment, and production support for built solutions
- Conduct technical reviews and mentor other engineers
Requirements:
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including ownership of features end to end
- Strong application architecture judgment
- Strong experience with a statically typed backend language
- Go and TypeScript experience preferred
- Strong Java, C#, or Rust engineers willing to work with Go/TypeScript may also be considered
- Production experience with TypeScript and React
- Strong understanding of API design
- Experience designing and maintaining relational databases
- Knowledge of schema design, migrations, indexing, and query planning
