Job Description
Analista Funcional SAP CO modernizando contabilidade e controladoria do Grupo Boticário. Atuando na transição ECC-S/4HANA e automação financeira do ecossistema de beleza.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in implementation projects, rollouts, support, and continuous improvement initiatives across SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC, and Retail)
- Translate business needs into system solutions
- Analyze Finance and Controlling processes and propose redesigned solutions focused on efficiency, automation, and modernization
- Assess requests by prioritizing native SAP (standard) solutions, avoiding and eliminating unnecessary customizations (Z transactions)
- Support business areas in resolving complex incidents
- Investigate root causes and promote user education to ensure proper use of the system
- Stay up to date on SAP innovations (Fiori, BTP, AI, new features, and automation)
- Support the transition from ECC to S/4HANA
- Optimize financial closing and cost accounting processes
- Standardize data and consolidate financial information by tax identification number (CNPJ) and sales channel
Requirements:
- Theoretical and practical experience with routine Accounting and Controlling processes (costing, month-end closing, planning/budgeting, cost and profit centers, and CO-PA)
- Practical/operational knowledge of the SAP CO module
- Participation in SAP S/4HANA implementation, support, or rollout projects
- Previous experience working directly as a CO Key User (a plus)
- Practical knowledge of FI/CO integration with MM, SD, PP, PM, and EWM (a plus)
- Official SAP Associate or Professional certification in Controlling (CO) or S/4HANA Management Accounting (a plus)
- Ability to adapt to organizational transformations and process restructuring
- A constant willingness to learn and openness to learning from industry experts
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical IT language and Business language (Finance/Controlling)
- Understanding of the impact of accounting and financial routines on the broader ecosystem and sales channels
