Job Description
Functional Analyst tasked with analyzing web applications and writing functional documentation. Collaborating with developers to define innovative solutions according to business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the various applications developed by our programmer-analysts
- Write user stories, analyze acceptance criteria, and write functional files as needed
- Participate in small and medium-sized development projects
- Analyze user’s needs and define innovative solutions according to their business needs
- Develop and review functional specifications files and use cases as needed
- Support the implementation team
- Support the users during evaluation tests
Requirements:
- College diploma and/or university degree in technology
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst
- Experience in the development of Web applications
- Knowledge of object-oriented concepts and Services oriented architecture (SOA)
- Knowledge of the Confluence software
- Experience with GitHub or similar tools
- Experience working with APIs, SQL databases, and tools such as Postman, Lucidchart, or Figma
- Exposure to AI automations or simple AI agents is considered an asset
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
