Job Description
Analista Funcional de Comércio Exterior na Reply, multinacional italiana de TI. Traduzindo necessidades operacionais em requisitos e apoiando sistemas, projetos, testes e suporte.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between International Trade business areas and technical teams, translating operational needs into functional requirements.
- Provide functional support to users, resolve queries, follow up on tickets and perform root-cause analysis.
- Participate in continuous improvement, implementation, migration and system integration projects.
- Elicit, document and validate functional requirements and process flows with key users.
- Support UAT, validate functionality and assist with system approvals.
- Collaborate with vendors and external consultants on system improvements and fixes.
- Monitor system KPIs and drive corrective actions.
- Support monthly closings related to export, import, compliance and legal obligations.
- Work with tax, accounting, supply chain and logistics teams to ensure data and process integrity.
- Prepare manuals, functional documentation and end-user training.
- Ensure access control, information security and compliance with audits and internal IT policies.
- Follow up with technology teams to resolve tickets, implement improvements and apply updates.
Requirements:
- Experience in International Trade and related areas
- Monitoring KPIs for support ticket handling
- Contracting and managing vendors/consultants
- Planning and executing system implementation, migration and integration projects
- Supporting and monitoring accounting, tax, controllership and supply chain closings
- Following up on improvement actions and support tickets
- Reporting activity status to management
- Process rationalization and flow design
- Providing support and responding to business area requests
- Handling and supporting audits
- Knowledge of PL/SQL is a plus
