Job Description

Functional Analyst translating business needs into structured requirements. Supporting agile ceremonies and managing backlog for Minsait's strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into structured functional requirements.
  • Support the construction of end-to-end flows, detailing business rules.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies.
  • Contribute clear functional input to the backlog.
  • Efficiently manage the process backlog with strategic prioritization.
  • Develop and document business rules in detail.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and validation meetings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in functional analysis or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
