Job Description
General Manager leading daily operations, staffing, sales, service, and food quality for Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian-style restaurants in Minnesota. Managing teams and enforcing company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of the brand daily
- Be competent in all FOH and BOH positions
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness across FOH and BOH
- Drive same-store sales growth
- Manage line speed using transaction times
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer service matters and oversee customer reviews
- Execute quality food according to proper procedures and Mo’ Bettahs standards
- Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with the Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer
- Review weekly employee schedules
- Complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, online ordering, inventory, and related tasks
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the Mo’ Bettahs culture
- Follow and enforce company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance
- Ensure employees follow policies and procedures in the employee handbook
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management
- Proven track record of successfully promoting team members
- Experience in identifying and developing talent within a team
- Ability to make difficult personnel decisions

- Valid driver’s license
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, etc.)
- Ability to see, hear and speak verbally and audibly
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds; bend, stoop and kneel
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions when required
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
- Ability to drive or travel for business purposes when required
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment
- Must report to work responsive and free from sedatives; must disclose medications that may impair job performance
