Job Description
Senior executive responsible for delivery strategy across global SAP engagements. Ensuring client satisfaction and managing execution for large transformations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engagements successfully and on schedule
- Maintain gross margin discipline through efficient delivery
- Optimize utilization (75–80%) across delivery staff
- Ensure timely revenue conversion from booked commitments
- Manage bench and capacity aligned with pipeline
- Support integrated cross-BU delivery models
- Own delivery strategy and execution across SAP programs
- Oversee S/4HANA and large transformations
- Ensure quality, methodology adherence, and risk management
- Lead escalations and remediation
- Define staffing, subcontracting, and hiring strategy
- Drive client satisfaction
- Support deal pursuits and contract sign-off per DOA
- BU Gross Margin
- Utilization and bench management
- Client satisfaction (NPS / CSAT)
- Delivery quality and risk management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 15+ years SAP delivery leadership
- Experience with S/4HANA and global delivery models
- Strong financial and client leadership experience
- Experience in public cloud initiatives is highly preferred
- Exposure to supply chain modules (IBP, EWM, etc.) is a plus
- Proven ability to lead at scale across geographies and capabilities
- Strong client-facing presence, credible in both pre-sales and escalation scenarios.
