Job Description

Global Talent Acquisition Manager shaping recruitment strategy for Overland Transport across Europe. Leading senior hiring, standardized assessment processes, HRIS recruiting, and data-driven talent initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, manage and oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies for the Overland Transport Division
  • Shape and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy across the Division
  • Translate Group TA initiatives into effective divisional solutions
  • Lead recruitment for international roles and local top management positions across European locations
  • Manage sourcing and selection through hiring using structured interviews, psychometric testing and assessment centers
  • Develop and standardize TA processes, tools and best practices, including recruitment guidelines, interview and assessment approaches, and job descriptions
  • Support and train HR and hiring managers on recruitment-related topics
  • Act as the Divisional representative for the HRIS Recruiting module
  • Oversee recruitment tools and platforms, including referral solutions, assessment platforms and job boards
  • Define, monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Partner with the Group team on social media content, campaigns and candidate engagement activities
  • Monitor Talent Acquisition trends and innovation and introduce new practices, technologies and approaches

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related social science
  • Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Proven experience recruiting senior management and leadership positions
  • In-depth knowledge of assessment and selection methodologies, including structured interviews, assessment centers and psychological/psychometric assessments
  • Strong understanding of HR diagnostics
  • Experience working across multiple countries, cultures and matrix environments
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical, project management and communication skills
  • Hands-on and collaborative approach
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Additional European languages are an advantage
